NATURAL HEALTH AND NUTRITION CONSULTATIONS PROVIDED BY A SCIENTIST 


Joana Remeikiene, PhD, is an animal scientist who has extensive expertise in animal nutrition and natural health, which promotes overall animal wellness and provides great support in dealing with various illnesses and conditions.

Joana's consultations provide advice, recommendations and guidance in dog nutrition and natural health, with customized health plan being created for each individual case.


Joana's credentials:

PhD in Biomedical Science, with specialization in Animal Science

Bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry 


Over the last 15 years Joana specialized in and researched wide array of natural health options that help to prevent, recover from and manage long list of health issues. Nutrition being one of such natural and effective tools in overall wellness. Research never stops and is ongoing, therefore new knowledge is constantly added to expand and/or adjust Joana's list of options, protocols and remedies.


Some examples of ailments that can be helped or managed using holistic approach and diet adjustments: allergies and sensitivities, GI issues, inflammation, certain autoimmune disorders, cancers, seizures, arthritis, compromised organ function, certain heart issues, certain metabolic disorders, eye problems, ear issues, skin issues, certain viral and bacterial infections, even some injuries.

Depending on specific situation, some ailments can be totally resolved with just adjusted diet and holistic protocols alone, while others can be successfully managed for extended times, or in some cases combination of conventional and holistic/nutritional approach can bring better results than just conventional treatment alone.

In any case, proper nutrition and well designed natural protocols are highly beneficial and improve chances of successful healing and overall health, without added risks of serious and dangerous side effects.

How it works and what to expect:


When you contact me about booking a consultation, I will email you following documents:

1. Invoice to be paid;

2. "Acknowledgment of Accountability and Liability Waiver" document to be filled, signed and dated by a dog's owner;

3. Questionnaire to be filled by a dog's owner (questionnaire is not applicable for nutrition only consultations);

4. Information Pages to read through to understand the process and policies.


Once payment is received, and you send me filled out questionnaire for initial health and nutrition consultation, as well as signed "Acknowledgment of Accountability and Liability Waiver" document, we will set the time for consultation call - usually within 3-4 day period. We can do a phone call, Messenger or Viber call, or video call through Messenger or Viber. Additional call option might be possible upon request.

Consultations provided in English or Lithuanian languages.


☆ Call for initial health and nutrition consultation will take about an hour. Within 3-4 day period after the call I will email you a customized health plan, designed to address issues and concerns you expressed. It will include recommendations and guidelines for feeding, supplementation, therapies and information on recommended sources as available in your area, etc.

*Included free follow up call usually is scheduled about 4-6 weeks after initial call, takes about 20 minutes, and its purpose is to check on progress and make adjustments to the plan if/as needed. If you need to schedule follow up call sooner, it absolutely can be done! Just let me know.

**Free follow up call does not cover newly developed health issues or concerns - following consultation for same dog would need to be scheduled for any new health and/or nutrition concerns.**


☆ Following health and nutrition consultations for same dog work similar way as initial ones, but "Acknowledgment of Accountability and Liability Waiver" form will not be necessary, and only parts in questionnaire that have changed will need to be filled. Call time should be around 40 minutes. Addition to previous customized plan will be sent to you to refer to and to address new concerns and issues.


☆ Initial health and nutrition consultation for other dogs in the same household will have exact same process as for the first dog, but price is discounted for return customer :) I still ask to please fill the questionnaire fully, even though some details about diet and environment might be same as in first dog's questionnaire.


☆ Nutrition only initial consultation will not include a questionnaire, but will require "Acknowledgment of Accountability and Liability Waiver" document to be filled and signed by a dog's (or multiple dogs') owner. Call time should be around half hour - 40 minutes. Instead of customized health and nutrition plan, within 3-4 day period after consultation call I will email you a customized nutritional recommendations with guidelines and information on recommended sources as available in your area. 

**Plan for addressing specific health issues or concerns, or recommendations for supplements or therapies are not included with nutrition only consultations.**

All dogs in the household can benefit from nutrition only consultation, as it can be applied to all of them! :)


☆ Following nutrition only consultation does not require forms to be filled or signed. Call should take about half hour, and additional and/or new questions and concerns about diet will be addressed during the consultation.


Please read our cancelation/refund policy:

Consultations can be canceled and refunded (minus any inflicted and applied transaction or currency exchange fee or fees) up to 48 hours prior to scheduled consultation call.


If it is less than 48 hours left until scheduled consultation call, rescheduling of the call is always possible, but no cancelation/refund can be made. Exception would be made in case of tragic passing of dog named in Questionnaire or "Acknowledgment of Accountability and Liability Waiver" document prior to consultation call.


No refunds or partial refunds can be made after consultation took place, as my services will already be fulfilled, and my time and effort put in. In some cases plans don't result in expected outcome, which is a reality of health and nutritional issues in general - no matter what type of healing, treatment or nutrition plan is applied. It can and does happen even to very best specialists out there. We can do our best, use best knowledge and expertise, but sometimes body of a living being does not respond enough, or does not respond at all. I will give you the knowledge I have, as well as 'tools' you can use, and I will advise towards the best result for your pup. The rest is out of my control.
